Do not send secrets
Do not send API keys, passwords, cookies, authentication tokens, payment card details, or private video content in support messages.
Delete your account & data
To permanently delete your VidDub account and associated data (profile, dubbing history, quota records, feedback), open the self-service deletion page and confirm while signed in. If you have linked billing data, VidDub deletes the Stripe customer where available before removing backend account records.
Delete account & data- Delete only your dubbing history yourself: extension side panel → History → Delete all, or the dashboard History page.
- Clear local caches and settings: extension Options page → Privacy → Clear all local data.
