Refund Policy

1. Credit packs

Within 14 days of buying a credit pack you can ask for a refund of the credits you have not used. A pack you have not touched is refunded in full; a partly used pack is refunded in proportion to the credits still unused — for example, 2,100 unused credits from the 3,500-credit Standard pack refunds 60% of its price. Credits that have already been spent are not refundable, because the translation, speech recognition and voices they paid for were delivered. When a refund is issued, the refunded credits are removed from your balance. After 14 days, credit packs are not refundable.

2. VIP subscriptions

You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals, and VIP stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Your first subscription payment can be refunded in full within 14 days; VIP ends when the refund is issued. Later renewal payments are not refunded, except as described in section 3 — so if you do not want the next period, please cancel before it renews.

3. When something did not work

If a paid feature failed — a dub that never played, credits charged twice, a charge you do not recognise — contact us whatever the date. We look at every case and either return the credits or refund the payment where we failed to deliver what you paid for.

4. How to ask

Email support@viddub.app from the address on your VidDub account, with the date of the purchase. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds are issued by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem, to the original payment method; how long the money takes to appear depends on your bank.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — a dispute freezes the order while it is investigated and is usually slower than a refund.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. This policy is part of our Terms of Service; prices are on the pricing page.
